As I look upon this reflection in the water, I wish I could see another; for all I see is the image of one that could of been

The try and fail of all I desired, the high hopes of all dreams that once burned inside of me has all withered away to a place were it stays forever; gone to forever lands of what could of been, forever hunted by memories of everything I could not win

Were do all the good souls go when they have no hope, when they’ve given all they could give, fought hard to reach a designation that once they arrived they found themselves unwelcome

The journey is tough and this we know, the question of how much are you willing to loose will decide how far you go, my reflection shows one who could not sacrifice it all; the dream is a selfish one, either you give your all to it or look upon waters and see what could of been

I pray for you young ones that when you look upon your reflection that you see something that is better than me, look upon the success that you have accomplish, look upon the mountains that you have conquered, look upon the dragons that you have slain, and most of all; look upon the kindness that you have done

For all these things matter when you look upon your reflection; it will give you a moment of joy and happiness when you have all the things that you see in the water
